Screened Topsoil

Topsoil we screen from our own site work, delivered for grading, filling and establishing new lawns and beds around Justin, Denton and Fort Worth.
What It Is

Screened Soil, Ready to Grade or
Plant Into

Screened topsoil is soil that has been passed through a screen to remove rocks,
roots and clumps, leaving a finer material that is easier to spread, grade and plant
into than raw dirt.

Topsoil is one of the materials that comes off our own excavation and grading
jobs. We screen it on site so what we deliver is clean and workable, whether you
are leveling a low spot, building up a bed or finishing a lawn after site work. If
you need the site itself graded before the soil goes down, our crew can handle
the final grade in the same visit.

Screened topsoil is sold by the cubic yard. One cubic yard covers about 100 square feet spread 3 inches deep, a good starting depth for a lawn or bed. Larger grading and fill projects vary more in depth, so give us your dimensions and we will help you figure the load.

We price delivery by material and distance. Loads of 5 cubic yards or more get free delivery within 10 miles of Justin, and most orders go out the same day you call.
